教师简介
沈秉谦，1980-84年就读于华东理工大学生物化学专业，1987年获得澳洲新南威尔士大学（University of New South Wales）生物工程硕士，1991年获得昆士兰大学（University of Queensland）化学工程博士；1991-93年在密歇根大学（University of Michigan）化学工程系从事博士后研究工作，参与了第一个干细胞生物反应器原型设计工作，也是最早从事基因治疗反转录病毒生产工艺开发的人员。1993-94年就职于生物技术公司Progenitor, Inc. (Scientist)；1994-98年就职于生物技术公司Metabolex, Inc. (Group Leader)；1998-2001年就职于Monsanto Co. (Senior Scientist)。在若干生物医药领域，如动物细胞培养、干细胞/组织工程、基因治疗、生物材料、纳米给药系统、药物筛选模型、生物检测等，积累了比较丰富的技术研发和项目管理经验，有些工作属于首创。按照中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才计划”，2001-08年任上海生命科学研究院研究员，中国科学院研究生院教授。2008年7月加入南开大学。
