　　20世纪八九十年代独立音乐家，噪音实验家， Lydia Lunch是1970年代纽约无浪潮运动中一个令人瞩目的角色，她在文学、电影、朗读表演、视频、摄影、诗歌以及其他创造性活动中都留下了足迹。不过音乐仍是她的最爱。她曾在许多开创性的乐队里发挥重要作用，这些乐队包括Teenage Jesus，Eight Eyed Spy，Beirut Slump，The Devil Dogs和13.13等，它们为纽约式的美学奠定了基础，确立了基调。
