研究方向
研究抗感染天然免疫应答及肿瘤免疫相关蛋白质复合物的结构基础与功能机制。包括:1,细胞程序性坏死及炎症反应相关蛋白的结构生物学研究;2,天然免疫应答与神经退行性疾病交互调控的分子机制。
在Cell、Immunity、Annu Rev Immunol、PNAS等期刊上发表40余篇SCI论文,申请/授权发明专利11项。主持及参加的科研项目包括国家重点研发计划(2016YFA0500600)、科技部重大研究计划(2015CB943300)及国家自然科学基金面上项目(31470724、31670878)等。
获奖情况
国家重点研发计划“蛋白质机器与生命过程调控”首席科学家(2016);复旦大学复星医药奖教金(特等奖)(2016);上海市“东方学者”特聘教授(2014);哈佛大学华人生命科学年度杰出研究奖(2013);国家留学基金委惠普奖学金(2005)。
